Usually we will have at least weekly telephone discussions with the client during the search process. Our analytical tools (such as cross functional interviews, reference checks, recommendations, etc. ) for close assessment of the candidates result apart from the CV in an additional information overview including clear salary information, relocation potential and timing, family situation, cultural and personality fit, motivation of interest for the new challenge, etc.
